These terms govern the use of the MarchioGreen website and the certification services offered by ViviBamboo Albania Shpk.

MarchioGreen is a service offered and managed by ViviBamboo Albania Shpk (NUIS/VAT L91515023M), a company incorporated under Albanian law.
Scope of the service
MarchioGreen allows companies to offset their CO₂ emissions by obtaining an official certificate, recorded immutably on the Polygon blockchain and publicly verifiable.
How to purchase
The service is aimed at businesses (B2B). Purchase takes place through a direct agreement: the certificate is issued and associated with the customer’s record after confirmation.
Nature and validity of the certificate
Each certificate attests to the stated amount of CO₂ offset. Once recorded on-chain, the certificate is permanent, immutable and verifiable by anyone via its blockchain reference.
Use of the MarchioGreen mark
The customer is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the MarchioGreen badge, limited to communicating the offset performed and valid as long as the certificate is valid. Any misleading or non-compliant use is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided with best diligence. ViviBamboo Albania Shpk is not liable for temporary unavailability, malfunctions of third-party blockchain networks, or improper use of the certificate or mark by the customer.
Intellectual property
The MarchioGreen mark, the website content and graphics are the property of ViviBamboo Albania Shpk and may not be reproduced without authorisation.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Albanian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tirana.

We reserve the right to update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.
